Shipping and HandlingNorthern Auto Parts ships all domestic orders via Fed Ex, UPS and US Postal Service. We will determine method based on price, location and speed of delivery.
· Call for shipping charges on Heads, Engine Stands, Floor Jacks. · Crankshafts ordered with a kit will be considered a 2nd order. · Gas charged shocks, paint, brake cleaner, carb cleaner cannot ship air freight. · UPS adds $1.75 for rural delivery. · We can not ship to countries which shipments are prohibited by the United States Government. See Shipping Countries Shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders. All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt order. Delivery TimesDelivery time from Northern Auto Parts ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your delivery area. Rural addresses may take an additional 1 to 2 days.Drop Shipping Drop shipping is allowed on charge card orders. All manufacturer special handling fees apply. CoresAll cores must be returned to:Northern Auto Parts 801 Lewis Blvd. Sioux City, IA 51105 Freight must be prepaid. The manufacturers require that cores be returned in original boxes. Cores must be rebuildable and not damaged, broken, disassembled or have missing pieces. All returns must have Exchange/Return Form, provided on invoice. ReturnsAll returns must be prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted. Return parts in original box undamaged to:Northern Auto Parts 801 Lewis Blvd. Sioux City, IA 51105 Only new, unused parts and defects will be accepted for refunds. All new returns are subject to a 15% restock charge after 60 days. All returns must have Exchange/Return Form, provided on invoice. Warranty:All manufacturers warranties apply, visit the manufacturers website for specific information. Performance parts and parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers' defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance. Inspect your parts before use. If you are returning electrical parts for warranty consideration, please call Customer Service before you ship them. Some manufacturers require the parts be sent directly to them.
